2013 Vienna Study Abroad

Vienna is located in the eastern part of Austria, near the borders of Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Austrian Law Firm BINDER GRÖSSWANG will be providing the speakers. We are going to try to put together a trip UNCITRAL which is the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on Friday, July 5th.
Classes will be held at the Lindner AM Belvedere Hotel, Rennweg 12, 1030 Wien in the Meeting Room, Flieder AB, beginning at 9:00 am and concluding at noon. This will allow time in the afternoons for sightseeing. We are considering some optional group activities and will provide a list of optional must sees such as Kunsthistorisches Museum (Art History), Albertina, Imperial Palaces (Hofburg and Schonbrunn), Freud-Museum, and the Viennese State Opera House or the Viennese Philharmonic Orchestra.

20th Annual Family Law Retreat to the Beach

We’re headed to the beach and hope you will join us! This weekend seminar is designed for attorneys who handle Family Law cases involving divorce, child custody and juvenile issues. Experts will highlight the practice-based tools for managing the most complex cases in Domestic Practice. This year’s seminar coincides with the 2013 National Shrimp Festival in nearby Gulf Shores.
