serves as an access to those cases assigned in the syllabus that are not included in the
casebook. As part of your participation in this course, you should read every assignment -
including, of course, every case - before class. All assigned cases for this course not
contained in the casebook but presently known to the professor are contained in this
index.
CAUTION: The
materials on this site are for use in the Criminal Law class. Researchers should not rely
on these materials. The cases in this file may or may not be current. We study law the way
it was, the way it is, and the way it may be in the future. These materials are helpful to
us in our quest to understand the criminal law. If you need current caselaw, you will need
to cite check the case or cases.
