NOTE: This index serves as an access to a sundry of materials pertaining to criminal law examination, including pointers on taking an exam, copies of past exams in this course, and practice questions. You should acquaint yourself with this material and seize the opportunity presented to practice taking a law examination. You will benefit from the expended time and effort.

A NOTE ABOUT USING A COMPUTER TO TAKE THE EXAMINATION IN THIS COURSE: You may write, use a typewriter, or use a computer during the examination. However, to use a computer, you must use the Law School approved security software program designed for the taking of examination. The approved program must be installed on the computer you intend to use, so you should make arrangements early enough to permit that installation. It will be available from the Law School before the examination. If you choose to use a computer, you will have to obtain a copy of the software and have it installed on the computer. You are responsible for meeting all Law School requirements for the use of computers for examination purposes. Computers without the appropriate security program installed cannot be used for exam purposes in this course.
