SECTION 1 - COLQUITT
FALL, 2002
ASSIGMENTS: This index
serves as an access to those statutes and rules of procedure assigned in the syllabus that
are not included in the casebook. As part of your participation in this course, you should
read every assignment - including, of course, every statute or rule - before class. All
assigned statutes and rules of procedure for this course not contained in the casebook but
presently known to the professor are contained in this index.
CAUTION: The
materials on this site are for use in the Criminal Law class. Researchers should not rely
on these materials. The statutes may or may not be current. We study law the way it was,
the way it is, and the way it may be in the future. These materials are helpful to us in
our quest to understand the criminal law. If you need current statutes, you will need to
check the currency of the statute or statutes you are attempting to use.
The statutes and procedural rules appear by jurisdiction in numerical order.
LINKS: Underlined case
names are "links." Simply "click" on any link with your left mouse
button and the listed case will appear on your computer screen. You then have three
options: Read the material on-line, save it to disk, or print it.
Alabama Code:
