Trial Advocacy II (Criminal Litigation) - LAW 604

This is a specialized trial advocacy class. See Trial Advocacy II (LAW 664). Prerequisites: Evidence (LAW 642), Trial Advocacy I (LAW 663) or Trial Advocacy I (Criminal Litgation) (LAW 673). Pass/D/Fail.  **NOTE:  Students are allowed to take only one Trial Ad II class.  For example, if you take Trial Ad II Civil, you cannot take Trial Ad II Criminal.
