International Intellectual Property - LAW 817

This course examines international regimes for the protection of intellectual property, including the Berne Convention, the Paris Convention and the WTO Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property (TRIPS). Subjects of study include international harmonization, territoriality, national treatment, and minimum standards in the fields of patent, copyright and trademark enforcement.
