The Fourteenth Amendment - LAW 619

This course will provide advanced study of constitutional issues arising from the various clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, including citizenship, privileges and immunities, due process and equal protection. Students will read the major cases covering each part of the Amendment.
