(3) Emotional Intelligence ("E.Q."): an overview of predictable life crises in adulthood, particularly for attorneys, and psychological tools and resources available for handling such crises. (4) "Free agency": how to market oneself through one's working life, given the fact that the average attorney changes jobs seven times in a career.
