Estate Planning - LAW 681

2-3 Hours

Prerequisite: LAW 647 (Federal Estate and Gift Taxation), LAW 644 (Decedents’ Estates, Trusts, and Fiduciary Obligation). A study of the application of the property law and tax law approaches and principles encountered during previous courses in the area. Students gain some experience in drafting estate planning documents.
