An introductory study of the process, law, drafting techniques, and concepts employed in intergenerational wealth transfer. The subject matter embraces material traditionally taught in courses on wills, intestate succession, trusts, and fiduciary administration as well as introductions to the law of future interests, powers of appointment, and estate and gift taxation.  Decedents' Estates is a prerequisite for Will Drafting.
