This course covers the constitutional foundations of the federal government's power to regulate admission, removal, and detention; immigration based on family relationships, employment, or humanitarian considerations under the INA; the grounds of inadmissibility and removability; waivers and relief from removal; immigration enforcement; and asylum policy.
