Lezlie A. Griffin
As Assistant Director, Lezlie provides comprehensive job search and career development counseling to University of Alabama School of Law students and alumni. She also serves students by focusing on employer outreach and recruitment, with a particular emphasis on out-of-state employers. An Alabama native, Lezlie is an alumna of Troy University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism & Public Relations. She earned her Juris Doctor and her Master of Laws in International & Comparative Law with distinction from Tulane Law School. Lezlie previously practiced labor and employment law in Florida as Staff Attorney for the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. Lezlie also served as a Career Counselor and Coordinator of Diversity Initiatives at Tulane Law School, where she worked with both the career services and admissions offices. Lezlie is an active member of The Florida Bar and The Association for Legal Career Professionals (NALP) and was elected to serve on the 2014 NALP Annual Education Conference Planning Committee. Lezlie was also recently selected as a lead speaker for the 2015 NALP Annual Education Conference.
