Steven Rouse
Professor Rouse received an A.B. in Economics and Political Science, with Highest Distinction in Political Science, and and A.B. in History in 1999 from University of Illinois and his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2006 from Northwestern University. After law school he was an associate with Jenner & Block. Professor Rouse clerked for Chief Judge Sharon Lovelace Blackburn for the Northern District of Alabama.
