Professor Schrader is a partner with the law firm Gibson, Dunnn & Crutcher, LLP. Gibson Dunn represented Wal-Mart in the recent Supreme Court case of Duke v. Wal-Mart. This case produced one of the most significant class action decisions over the past twenty years and will be discussed extensively in his class.
