Professor Nash earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Columbia University, his J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law, and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School. Prior to teaching, Professor Nash was a law clerk to the Honorable Donald Stuart Russell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and to the Honorable Nina Gershon, then Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Professor Nash also worked as an attorney in New York. Professor Nash will teach a mini course on Special Problems in International Law: Selected Topics in Transnational Litigation.
