Because of rules governing actual or potential conflicts of interests, a student's outside legal employment or other law-related activities couuld disqualify the student for some placements. Please see Professor Emens or Professor Bostick, the Summer Externship Program Co-Directors, if you have any questions.

Preferences for Office Location. Where applicable be sure to put the time period in which you are available. List only offices in which you could serve: by applying for the Summer Externship Program, you commit to participation in the Program and assignment to one of the offices you list if you are selected. If you have questions about whether to apply given this restiction, please speak with Steve Emens or Bill Bostick prior to the appliction deadline. Please be aware that the Summer Externship Program is offered for 5 hours course credit and that summer tuition rates apply.
