Ms. Marsh is a law graduate of Washington and Lee University (1981) and earned a B.S. degree from Auburn University (1978). She has served as an administrator at The University of Alabama since 1981, for five years with an undergraduate division, eight years with the Alabama Bar Institute for Continuing Legal Education (as assistant director and then as associate director), and twelve years as an assistant dean in the Law School. She was named Associate Dean for Student & Academic Services in 2007. She taught Legal Writing from 1986 to 1994 and directed the Legal Writing Program for seven of those years.
