myBama
When you were admitted to the Law School, you were provided with access to myBama. Students use myBama for important tasks such as checking course grades, registering for classes, paying tuition, accepting financial aid, and registering for a parking decal, among other things. You also use myBama to access your Crimson email account. The University of Alabama will use this Crimson account to send you notices. However, correspondence from the Law School Admissions Office will be sent to the email address you specified on your application. Please be sure to check both email accounts. You may forward your Crimson email to another address. If you wish to do so, instructions for mail forwarding are available through the UA Help Desk.

Parking Services
One of the perks of being a law student is access to the private law-only parking lot. During the summer before classes begin, law students will receive information about how to register for a parking permit. Students must obtain a decal at the beginning of each school year, as the decal is effective from August to August.

Student Health Center
Law students have access to all services offered by the Student Health Center including a walk-in (or call ahead) clinic, an on-site pharmacy, women’s health services, laboratory and x-ray services, psychiatry services, substance abuse services, allergy and immunization services, medical nutrition therapy, and much more.

Action Card
Your Action Card is your campus-wide ID card. Information on how to obtain a card will be provided prior to orientation. It is necessary for your entry into many campus events and facilities, including athletic events and the Student Recreation Center. It also has several important uses at the Law School. By swiping your Action Card, you may access the computer lab and the law clinic outside of regular business hours. (After-hours clinic access is available only for those persons enrolled in a clinic.) Money placed on your Action Card as “Bama Cash” may be used for the printers, cafeteria, and vending machines at the Law School. In addition, your footall tickets are stored on your card.

UA Athletics

UA Off Campus Housing Site
When you were admitted, you should have received a list of apartment recommendations from current students. That list is only a small representation of apartments available in Tuscaloosa. The UA off campus housing site can provide further recommendations.
