This course will focus on many of the pleadings, motions, and discovery documents that litigators draft throughout a case. This course will also require collaboration, skills used in practice, and professional conduct in dealings with co-counsel, opposing counsel, clients, and the court. Students will work primarily on one case, culminating in a Motion for Summary Judgment.
