William N. Clark is a partner at Redden, Mills, Clark & Shaw, LLP, in Birmingham, Al. Prior to attending the University of Alabama School of Law, Mr. Clark served as a United States Army officer in Germany and Vietnam. Mr. Clark has served as the President of Birmingham Bar Foundation and Birmingham Bar Association; He has served as the President of the University of Alabama Law School Foundation, as well as President of the Alabama State Bar. Mr. Clark is a fellow with the American College of Trial Lawyers and listed in the Best Lawyers in America in the areas of white-collar criminal defense, family law and ethics. Brandon Falls was appointed to serve as District Attorney, Tenth Judicial Circuit, Birmingham Division, on September 1, 2008; elected to this position in 2010; and re-elected in 2012. For nineteen years, prior to his appointment as District Attorney, Mr. Falls served as Assistant District Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Falls has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cumberland School of Law; faculty for the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina; and faculty for the National College of District Attorneys. Mr. Falls received his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Alabama.
HEATH HOLDEN. Heath Holden is a partner at Newell & Holden, LLC. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. He focuses his practice on Real Estate matters, Landlord-Tenant Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Collections.
