DeliberativeBrandon K. Falls
Brandon Falls was appointed to serve as District Attorney, Tenth Judicial Circuit, Birmingham Division, on September 1, 2008; elected to this position in 2010; and re-elected in 2012. For nineteen years, prior to his appointment as District Attorney, Mr. Falls served as Assistant District Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Falls has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cumberland School of Law; faculty for the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina; and faculty for the National College of District Attorneys. Mr. Falls received his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Alabama.

Donald McKenzie is a founding partner of the firm McKenzie Laird PLLC after having maintained his own law practice for five years. Previously, Mr. McKenzie was with Stokes, Bartholomew, Evans, & Petree, P.C., Sherrard & Roe, PLC, and Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP in Nashville, Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller and Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York, and Freeman, Rothe, Freeman & Salzman in Chicago. Before emigrating to the United States in 1975, Mr. McKenzie served as an officer in the Army in his native Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), and with the Office of the Attorney General and in private practice at the Bar in Salisbury, Rhodesia (Harare, Zimbabwe). Mac Moorer is a founding partner of Lightfoot, Franklin & White, and served as its managing partner from 1995-2006.
