Ted Hosp is a shareholder of Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C., Montgomery, Alabama, as a member of the firm?s government affairs group. Mr. Hosp has also served as Legal Advisor to the Governor of Alabama; Adjunct Faculty at the University of Alabama School of Law; Chair of the Alabama State Bar Section on Ethics, Elections and Government Relations Law; law clerk to the Honorable Harold Albritton, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Alabama; and on the staff of the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Mr. Hosp currently serves on the Alabama Access to Justice Commission; he served as the Commission's first Chair from 2007-2011. Mr. Hosp has served on the Board of the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program; the Board of the Montgomery Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program; and the Board of the Middle District of Alabama Federal Defenders Program. Mr. Hosp has long served on the Alabama State Bar Committee on Volunteer Lawyer Programs. Oscar M. Price IV is co-founder of the firm Price Armstrong, LLC, where he represents a wide variety of individuals and small businesses in personal injury and business disputes, with particular expertise in the area of class actions. An Alabama Super Lawyer and B-Metro magazine Birmingham Rising Star, Oscar also is an active contributor to the community through his attendance at Cathedral Church of the Advent and service on numerous Boards of Directors. Oscar received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and JASONS honor society as an undergraduate and a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review while in law school.
