Townes Duncan has been the Managing Partner of Solidus Company, LP since 1997. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Duncan served as Chairman and CEO of Comptronix, an $100 million electronics manufacturing services company; from 1985 to 1993, Mr. Duncan was a partner at Massey Burch, a venture capital firm with $120 million of assets under management; and from 1978 to 1985, Mr. Duncan served as an Associate & Partner at Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, TN. Mr. Duncan has been an active investor in Tennessee since 1985 and focuses his efforts on seed and early-stage companies. Solidus has $75 million in assets under management in private and public equity markets. Mr. Duncan currently serves on the boards of a number of public and private companies, such as J. Alexander's Corporation, New Constructs, and Change:Healthcare, and is a past board member on companies including Bright Horizons, Motricity, Inc, and Information America, Inc. Mr. Duncan is an active participant in community and charitable organizations such as KIPP Academy Nashville, Nashville Public Library Foundation Board, and Leadership Nashville; is a trustee for Ensworth School and has twice served as President of Ensworth's Board. Mr. Duncan earned a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. summa cum laude from Washington & Lee University.

Oscar M. Price IV is co-founder of the firm Price Armstrong, LLC, where he represents a wide variety of individuals and small businesses in personal injury and business disputes, with particular expertise in the area of class actions. An Alabama Super Lawyer and B-Metro magazine Birmingham Rising Star, Oscar also is an active contributor to the community through his attendance at Cathedral Church of the Advent and service on numerous Boards of Directors. Oscar received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and JASONS honor society as an undergraduate and a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review while in law school.

Cathy Wright is a founder and principal of Clarus Consulting Group, a consultancy specializing in organizational development, communications, training, strategic and business planning and facilitation. Prior to founding Clarus Consulting Group, Ms. Wright was a founding member and shareholder of Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C., Birmingham, Alabama, where her practice focused on business litigation. Ms. Wright served as law clerk for United States District Judge Frank M. Johnson upon her graduation from law school. Ms. Wright has served as a practitioner-in-residence and as Adjunct Faculty, University of Alabama School of Law; Adjunct Faculty, Samford University Cumberland School of Law; and Instructor, Duke University?s Environmental Leadership (DEL) Program. Ms. Wright is the author of A Report on the Status of Women in Leadership in Alabama, published by the Alabama Women?s Initiative (2002).
