Prior to joining Bradley Arant, Mr. Haston clerked for the Honorable Emmett R. Cox of the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Haston is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Alabama Super Lawyers. Mr. Haston received his B.A. from Auburn University and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Anthony Joseph is a shareholder of Maynard Cooper & Gale, P.C., Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Joseph's practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and general civil litigation. Mr. Joseph has served as an Assistant United States Attorney (N.D. AL); a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and an Assistant District Attorney (Jefferson County, Alabama). Mr. Joseph has served as chair, Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association; President of the Birmingham Bar Association; President of the Birmingham Legal Aid Society; President of the Alabama State Bar; Vice Chancellor of the Alabama Episcopal Diocese; President of the Alabama Center for Law and Civic Education; and President of Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
