Mac Moorer is a founding partner of Lightfoot, Franklin & White, and served as its managing partner from 1995-2006. He practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, including class actions, securities fraud, professional liability, and real estate. When not advocating for his clients, he is active in Birmingham's civic development, having served as Chair of Operation New Birmingham and as a member of Leadership Birmingham's Class of 2001. Currently, Mac serves as a Trustee of the Birmingham Business Alliance and as a member of the Birmingham Innovation Group. Mac graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1971 and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. in 1981 from the University of Alabama School of Law where he received the Hugo Black Scholar Award and was President of its Bench & Bar Honor Society. After graduation, Mac clerked for the Honorable Sam C. Pointer, Chief Judge of the Northern District of Alabama.

Ms. Parker received her B.S. from University of South Alabama and her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Bill Veitch is Chief Deputy District Attorney, Bessemer Division, Jefferson County, Alabama. Prior to joining the District Attorney?s office, Mr. Veitch maintained a criminal defense and general litigation practice. Prior to and throughout law school, Mr. Veitch served as a police officer with the city of Birmingham, Alabama.
