HEATH HOLDEN. Heath Holden is a partner at Newell & Holden, LLC. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. He focuses his practice on Real Estate matters, Landlord-Tenant Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Collections. Heath is also a trained mediator who first practiced law in Birmingham, Alabama as a contract/staff attorney for the firm of Whatley Drake, LLC. He later returned to Tuscaloosa and joined Herbert M. Newell, III. Heath is a member of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar.
