Brandon Falls was appointed to serve as District Attorney, Tenth Judicial Circuit, Birmingham Division, on September 1, 2008; elected to this position in 2010; and re-elected in 2012. For nineteen years, prior to his appointment as District Attorney, Mr. Falls served as Assistant District Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Falls has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cumberland School of Law; faculty for the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina; and faculty for the National College of District Attorneys. Mr. Falls received his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Alabama.

Ruth Ann Hall is a Professor of Legal Studies in the University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration. She has been teaching since 1994, and was also in private practice for fourteen years. Her solo practice work focused on family law, juvenile law, criminal law, corporate law, and SSI disability work. During her teaching career, Ms. Hall has been a member of several committees for the University, including serving as Faculty Senate Representative for the Master Plan Committee. She also served as a member of the Farrah Law Alumni Society Board of Trustees. Ms. Hall received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Jessica Powers is an associate with King Simmons, P.C., in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to joining King Simmons, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Vance, Jr., and worked for Legal Services of Alabama where she began her litigation career representing indigent clients in foreclosure and ejectment actions. She joined a personal injury law firm a couple of years later, and has been representing those who have been injured or taken advantage of for the past several years. Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University and her J.D. from the University of Alabama.
Frances Quick is a shareholder of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C., in Birmingham, Alabama. She practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Ms. Quick practiced with another Birmingham firm, and was law clerk to the Honorable Sam C. Pointer, Jr. She has served as past Chair of the Women Lawyers Section of the Birmingham Bar Association, and on the Board of Trustees for the University of Alabama School of Law Foundation. Ms. Quick has been honored as an AV Preeminent Women Lawyer Martindale-Hubbell rated attorney; named in The Best Lawyers of America, Alabama Super Lawyers, and Birmingham Business Journal's Best of Bar; and chosen as Birmingham Magazine's Top ERISA Lawyer in 2011.
