David Benck is Vice President and General Counsel, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. He received his B.A. in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. His current title is Vice President and General Counsel for Hibbett Sports, Inc., a publicly-traded Birmingham, AL based retailer with almost 900 retail locations in approximately 30 states. On top of his responsibilities at Hibbett Sports, David holds a number of other roles.

He serves on the International Board of Directors for the American Arbitration Association/International Centre for Dispute Resolution and as an Arbitrator in Commercial, Employment, and Sport disputes for the American Arbitration Association.

Additionally, David serves on the Ethics, Grievance and Safe Sport Committee for the USA Gymnastics Team where he counsels the organization on matters involving Conflicts of Interest and in disputes regarding qualification, discipline, and doping among others.

HENRY CALLAWAY. Henry Callaway was appointed by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals as the federal bankruptcy judge for the Southern District of Alabama. His term began in May, 2015. Judge Callaway practiced business litigation and bankruptcy law with the Hand Arendall firm in Mobile prior to his appointment. He currently chairs the Alabama Access to Justice Commission, and is a former president of the Mobile Bar Association. He serves as a state bar commissioner and has been a leader in the South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers Program for many years. Judge Callaway has also received a national award from the American Bar Association for his work to provide legal help to low-income Alabamians through the Alabama Access to Justice Commission. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his J.D. from the Vanderbilt School of Law.

In addition to his membership with the mergers and acquisitions and federal regulation of securities committees of the American Bar Association's business law section, Mr. McKenzie is a frequent speaker at CLE events sponsored by the American, Tennessee, and Nashville Bar Associations on corporate and securities law topics such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, third party opinions, and corporate governance.
