NICHOLAS W. ARMSTRONG. Nick Armstrong practices law with the firm Price Armstrong, LLC, in Birmingham, Alabama. J. ALAN BATY. Alan Baty is Of Counsel to the firm Frohsin & Barger, LLC. His work focuses on criminal defense, white collar cases, internal corporate investigations, and fraud victim assistance. Alan is an accomplished trial attorney who has handled over a thousand criminal cases ranging from drug possession to capital murder while serving more than eleven years as a Deputy District Attorney. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, Alan was in private practice with a Birmingham law firm. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law where he teaches basic trial advocacy skills, and has taught Legal Ethics at the Birmingham School of Law. Alan has been voted one of the top five state and federal prosecutors in Birmingham by fellow attorneys, and was a member of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum, Class 6. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.

LAURA CHISM. Laura Chism provides litigation support services for solo practitioners and law firm clients on a contract basis. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama and Mississippi. Ms. Chism currently serves on the Board for the Canine Compassion Fund, is a member of the Alabama State Bar, where she serves on the Pro-Bono Celebration Task Force, and the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association. F. INGE JOHNSTONE. Inge Johnstone is in private practice with the firm Johnstone Carroll, LLC. His practice focuses on litigation in a wide variety of matters, including insurance disputes, business disputes, fraud, personal injury, maritime injuries, and property litigation.
