Chase Cole is a Partner at Waller, Lansden, Dortch & Davis, LLP whose practice covers a wide range of transactional practices including Corporate, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate Governance, while also serving as a guest lecturer on Public Offerings at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management Entrepreneurship Program. A sampling of Mr. Cole's extensive community and professional engagement includes his membership on the ABA Committees on Corporate Governance, Negotiated Acquisitions, Federal Regulation of Securities, and Venture Capital; service as Co-Chair of the ABA Host Committee ABA Section of Business Law 2005 Spring Meeting; membership on the Dean's Council of the Vanderbilt University School of Law; membership and service as Tennessee chair of the Society of International Business Fellows; involvement as a Founder, Director, and past Chairman of the Nashville Sports Council; service as former Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency; appointment by the Governor and past service as Chairman of the Board to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center Management Corporation Board of Directors; and participation in Leadership Nashville, Class of 1998-1999. Mr. Cole received his A.B. from the University of North Carolina, and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
