DAVID J. HODGE. David Hodge is a member of the firm Morris, King & Hodge, P.C., in Huntsville, Alabama. His practice focuses on products liability cases and mass torts, and also has a strong emphasis on small business representation. Following law school, before joining a firm, David clerked for Judge Inge P. Johnson in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He has been appointed to serve as Co-Chair of the Settlement Committee for the multidistrict litigation involving Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation. David is also a member of the Alabama State Bar Association's Judicial Liaison Committee and the Civil Rules Committee. He has gained the distinction of being named one of the top lawyers in Alabama by SuperLawyers Magazine and the National Trial Lawyers organization. He received his undergraduate degree from Samford University and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.
