LEE COPELAND. Lee Copeland is a member of the firm Copeland Franco in Montgomery, Alabama. His litigation practice includes products liability, malpractice, and a host of general commercial claims. Prior to joining Copeland Franco, Lee clerked for the Honorable Truman M. Hobbs, Sr., United States District Court, M.D. AL. He is active in local and state level bar activities, including serving as President for the Alabama State Bar, a former member of the Board of Bar Commissioners, Alabama State Bar, and past President of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Lee has been honored with membership in the Alabama Law Foundation and as a Fellow in the American Bar Association, as well as being named as one of the best lawyers in America, and an Alabama Super Lawyer. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law.
