This course will examine federal laws protecting employees from retaliation for, among other things, raising or reporting concerns about noncompliance with labor & employment, securities, consumer protection, transportation safety, and food safety laws. Federal laws that protect and incentivize whistleblowers to provide information and assist in the enforcement of laws in both the public and private sectors will be covered.
