Entertainment Law - LAW 7072 Hours
Introductory course addressing legal issues raised in the entertainment industry, with a focus on film, television, and music. Topics include constitutional, tort, and intellectual property issues of significance in these arenas. The course will also provide basic background on how deals are typically structured, the major types of contracts used, and the unique ways in which standard contract issues arise in these sectors of the entertainment industry.
