Environmental Law and Policy - LAW 7382 Hours
This course focuses on the complex interrelations of land, water, and natural resources that often result in conflicts over public and private rights, boundaries, jurisdictions, and management priorities. Coastal law utilizes the tools of property law, land use regulation, water law, natural resources law, constitutional law, federal and state statutory law, and international law and applies these tools to the special issues of the coastal environment.
