Q: Who runs this journal?
A: This journal is organized and maintained by law school students that receive credit for their work on the journal. The faculty advisor is Professor Frederick Vars.

Q: Can I subscribe to this journal?
A: The journal is available on HEIN and other online resources. To subscribe to a physical copy, please see the subscription process is on the following webpage: https://www.law.ua.edu/lawpsychology/submissions/

Q: Can I reprint articles published by this journal?

A: Yes. Please email the journal directly with the title and author of the article you wish to reprint before doing so at lpr@law.ua.edu.

Q: Do I have to be a lawyer in order to submit to articles to this journal?
A: No. Individuals from any discipline that are able to write an article that discusses the integration of law and psychology concepts is welcome to submit to the journal. Please remember that the use of the Bluebook is required.

Q: How long does my article need to be?
A: The journal will review all articles regardless of length. However, lead articles are usually between twenty and thirty pages.

Q: How long does it take to review an article?
A: A submission should be reviewed within 30 days of its receipt. If you have not heard any correspondence from the journal after you have submitted an article for review, please send another copy or email the journal directly at lpr@law.ua.edu.

Q: What is the preferred method of submissions?
A: The journal prefers to receive digital copies of articles, in Microsoft Word format. The journal will review articles received in PDF or other formatting, but a Word-formatted copy is required before the journal will issue a formal offer of publication. Submissions should be emailed to lpr@law.ua.edu.
